Rumble is a collection of multiplayer party games that runs inside Discord and in a browser. Start it from a call, invite the people already there, and choose a game that fits the group you have tonight.

Quick answer
For a mixed group, start with Closest Wins or Wavelength. Pick Song Battles when everyone wants music, and Quick Sketch when the drawings will be funnier than the answers.
Open Rumble from Discord's App Launcher, or use the browser fallback below.
Create a room and invite the people in your call. Everyone joins the same live lobby.
Choose a game for the group size, then keep the voice call open for clues, arguments and reveals.

Rumble has a sizeable free set. Some games require Rumble Pass; each game card labels that before you choose it.
The Discord Activity keeps the game beside the conversation. The browser version uses the same room-code flow when somebody cannot launch the Activity.
Several games start with two players. Team games such as Word Block make more sense once four or more people are in the call.
Start inside Discord for the shortest route from conversation to game. Use the browser when somebody needs a fallback.
